I own an Honor Magic 3, bought in the hope it would be google-fied. Allas, it was not to be.

I would like to install gms with this method. But I can't download the Magic 3 package from baidu. The site only allows saving to the clouddrive, and I can't seem to register for one, because I have life in the Netherlands. The Baidu app is only in Mandarin (?) and so is the windows application. Please help.

By the way, I am willing to pay someone who could help me install GMS on my phone, any takers???

For packages, u can contact someone to help you, however for gms install, I guess you should do it your own, and learn it by trial and error, I recommend this because, its not something to be done just once, and u'll need a basic idea of the installation in order to update later or just to use it without any errors.

I don't understand the language, but Mt failed is totally normal, just need to click continue. However for the next error, I guess u're using wrong version of the software to downgrade.

The first patch is a bit tricky as there are always different files from 6.0.0.122 to 6.0.0.125 and as well to 6.0.0.128. Right now elz-an10 is only available for 6.0.0.122, so that's given the error you have gotten as shown.

There is a new file from tujj99gm

The first patch is a bit tricky as there are always different files from 6.0.0.122 to 6.0.0.125 and as well to 6.0.0.128. Right now elz-an10 is only available for 6.0.0.122, so that's given the error you have gotten as shown.

Hey bro, I'm thinking of upgrading to Magic UI 6,essentially abandoning all these gms setups and directly using gspace to go on with my Google integration, wherever required, so wanted to ask you, if gspace works fine on magic ui 6, and if not, is there any alternative?

I never try those virtual gms even once the whole time since I used huawei to honor phone. If huawei mate 40 pro global version can use the Gspace, maybe honor magic 3 pro can do so. Just check those guide for mate 40 pro.

Right now, I already went to other brand for fully working gms, and stop worrying about it. So far so good as all features I need from huawei are there.

I already a bit fed up with honor phone, it is restricted so much. They don't have good gms, erecovery not supported, hihonor suite is lacking, in case there is a system corrupt it would be a disastrous. Even their update is slow.

You can uninstall system update app, as it is system app, you need to use pc connecting to phone with usb debugging enable.

if you have installed the adb environment, and know how-to, just simply apply this with cmd:
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.hihonor.ouc

if you want much user-friendly way, you can install Multi-Tool 8 for HUAWEI & HONOR, and use it. You still need to use pc and usb debugging enabled phone.

You may try to change usb method from "charge only" to "file transfer or image transfer"

in case, there is an issue with driver, you can follow the guide:

but I do prefer to use "universal adb" from clockworkmod (search google)

the step is straight forward after install adb with universal one, plug the phone, and always allow permission will popup. If no issue, you will able to enter any adb command you want.

note: to enable usb debugging in developer options, and recheck the option again after plug the phone. Becuase it may disable itself for the first try.
